Adult Care Facilities (ACF) provide long-term, non-medical residential services to adults who are substantially unable to live independently due to physical, mental, or other limitations associated with age or other factors. Residents must not require the continual medical or nursing services.
Update. Adult Care Home Cost Reports, along with Agreed Upon Procedures for those facilities with 7 beds or more, are due Sept. 30, 2019. The cost report should be prepared based upon the latest fiscal/accounting year end of the facility ending on or before June 30, 2019.
